Christmas in Chiapas 2024

Christmas in Chiapas is just around the corner! This is one of our favorite trips of the year as we celebrate Christmas with the children of Casa Hogar Alegre and the children in the mountains of Chiapas. We started taking this trip in 2011, and each year we have experienced growth in what we've provided for the children and growth in interest from team members wanting to be a part of this outreach event. We are so thankful that the Lord has continued to grow and expand our ministry throughout the years so we can continue being His hands and feet in Chiapas.

Our Christmas in Chiapas trip is scheduled for December 1-6, 2024. As in the past, we will spend time with the children at the Casa Hogar Alegre orphanage in Tuxtla and visit some of the children in the villages surrounding Chenalhó. This is always a special time for the kids and an event they look forward to each year. We would love for you to join us on this trip and be a blessing to the children of Chiapas.

 

The cost for the trip is $400 per person, plus the expense of airfare. Team members are responsible for booking their flights (see the schedule below). There are only 24 spots available for this trip. You can secure your spot by making the non-refundable $400 trip payment using the link below.

The non-refundable trip payment includes ground transportation, lodging (double occupancy), and meals. A portion will go towards the gifts for the children. If you would like to give an additional amount towards the gifts, you can do so by clicking the link below and selecting "Christmas Outreach - Orphanage and Villages" in the dropdown.

This trip is by invitation only, so please do not share the link to this page. If someone you know would like to make a donation, they can visit the donate tab on our website.

We have established a flight schedule for the trip, which you can see below. You must book your flights as listed below so we can travel as a group and not create a need for additional airport transfers, etc.

*please note the flight NUMBER not the flight TIME when booking flights.

All participants must complete a Participant Form (online) and a Liability Release (pdf download that can be emailed to kpayne@ministrybuilders.org once completed).
